Housing Trust of Rutland County and their partner Evernorth plan to break ground on the new Marble Village in West Rutland in Spring 2024. The project will create 24 mixed income multi-family residential units with common indoor and outdoor spaces, on-site laundry and ample parking. The building will be three stories and will conform to high energy efficiency standards, ensuring comfort for residents and sustainable operations for the long term. Marble Village will bring much needed apartments along with increased economic activity to the gateway into West Rutland.
