  • Over 600 individuals including families with children, seniors, those with disabilities and those who were homeless or at risk of homelessness are housed in any given calendar year
  • 60 buildings continually owned and operated including older houses, formerly abandoned schools and warehouses, and downtown buildings, and 3 mobile home parks
  • 387 apartments under management (122 senior apartments, 210 for families, individuals or non-specified), and 55 mobile home lots with owner occupants
  • Property management services focus on providing supportive housing with dignity and respect, and delivering services with an interest in promoting community health
  • Resident Services Program offering free one on one support to residents to ensure they have the resources they need to remain successfully housed.  This program is partially funded through a grant from the Bowse Health Trust.
  • Services for seniors coordinated with their housing to enable them to live full lives independently in senior housing through the SASH program
  • Real estate portfolio worth over $39.9 million managed locally; over $4.6 million contributed to the local economy annually (not including new development projects which can double this), including almost $355,000 in property taxes
  • Project development continues with new properties in development or being considered for development in Rutland City and West Rutland
  • Industry leader in the fields of energy efficiency in commercial residential construction, adaptive reuse of obsolete commercial buildings and asset management
  • Local communities provided with technical assistance around housing and community development needs. To date: Rutland, Benson, Brandon, Castleton, Clarendon, Fair Haven, Mendon, Mount Holly, Poultney, Proctor, Rutland City, Tinmouth, Wallingford, and West Rutland
  • Staffed with 18 full-time and 2 part-time employees, and lead by a 14-member Board of Directors
