Cornerstone Housing Partners offers an enhanced range of services and support to families and individuals across the communities we serve. Recognizing the ongoing shortage of affordable housing, we are focused on the development, rehabilitation, and management of affordable rental housing, as well as providing essential homeownership services including energy efficiency, homebuyer education, foreclosure counseling, home repair and lending services. Cornerstone Housing Partners is a NeighborWorks America Chartered member, this national affiliation ensures that Cornerstone Housing Partners adheres to the highest standards of excellence in community development and homeownership services.

In 2025 Cornerstone Housing Partners’ real estate development will complete construction on Marble Village in West Rutland, as well as Gage Street and Squire House in Bennington. We are also in development on over 150 units in Arlington, Bennington, Brandon, Castleton and Rutland that will be online in 2026 and 2027. These new units will add to our current portfolio of 823 affordable rental units and 74 shared equity homes.

The 2024 Community Health presents Housing Trust of Rutland County’s Raise The Roof Halloween Spooktacular was held on October 25th. Thank you to everyone who came out to help us Raise the Roof on affordable housing. Your support helps make the idea of “home” into reality for the most vulnerable in our community.
